Key duties include responding promptly to guest messages, providing check-in information and assistance, coordinating and overseeing cleaning schedules, managing laundry orders, and ensuring deliveries are made to the correct properties. The successful candidate will maintain high standards of presentation and service, creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest.
Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to guest messages via Airbnb, Booking.com, and other booking platforms.
Provide guests with clear and accurate
check-in information

Assist with

Oversee and coordinate
cleaning schedules
to ensure all properties are prepared to a high standard before each booking.
Order and manage laundry services
, ensuring fresh linens and towels are delivered to the correct properties on time.
Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure quality, cleanliness, and proper maintenance.
Update and optimise property listings and photos to improve visibility and booking performance.
Liaise with maintenance teams or contractors for any necessary repairs or upkeep.
Monitor guest feedback and reviews, addressing any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
Identify opportunities to
upsell additional services
or experiences to enhance guest stays and increase revenue.
Qualifications
Previous office experience is essential, with a strong emphasis on administrative tasks.
Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation.
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Experience in upselling or sales is advantageous, contributing to revenue growth.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
