About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and proactive

Short Let Operations Driver

to join our team and support daily Airbnb property operations across London. This is a hands-on, mobile role perfect for someone who enjoys being out and about, keeping things organised, and ensuring properties are guest-ready every day.

You'll drive a company van to various short-let properties, carrying out quick inspections, restocking essentials, and helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Drive a company van to multiple Airbnb and short-let properties across London Carry out basic inspections to ensure properties meet guest-ready standards Pick up and deliver laundry from cleaning partners Restock essential amenities (toilet rolls, cleaning products, etc.) Replace small or broken items such as lamps, bins, or kitchenware Communicate with the central operations team for any maintenance or stock issues Keep track of mileage, stock, and daily route updates

Requirements

Full UK driving licence (required) Comfortable driving in and around London Strong attention to detail and good communication skills Physically able to lift and carry laundry bags and small furniture Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently Must bring valid ID and proof of address (required for onboarding)
