Job Description
We are seeking a Show Home Sales Advisor to join our New Homes team at Heanton Lea Gardens. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the show home of one of our latest new home developments in North Devon.
Responsibilities
Customer Care: Demonstrate excellent customer service by welcoming all customers in a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic manner. Site Management: Oversee the New Homes development site and maintain effective communication with our dedicated New Homes Department in Braunton & Head office Customer Needs Assessment: Accurately identify customer wants and needs, matching them with suitable properties. Development Knowledge: Be prepared to develop knowledge of the development, to highlight and sell the unique selling points (USPs) of the properties. Property Viewings: Conduct valuable and informative property viewings. Administrative Duties: Ensure the completion of all associated administrative tasks Computer Skills Required Ability to work on their own
Training will be given
Expected Hours Of Work
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday: 10am - 4pm (winter); 11am - 5pm (summer)
Salary will based on basic pay per hour plus bonus on property sales and other referral schemes.
