The Opportunity:
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with an exciting and reputable new homes developer who are looking to recruit a skilled and enthusiastic New Homes Sales Advisor to join their development based near Abingdon.
As New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing impeccable customer service to potential buyers. This will include managing viewings, negotiating offers and liaising with buyers, solicitors and other internal team members to ensure that the sales process runs smoothly.
The successful New Homes Sales Advisor will be self-motivated, confident, friendly and extremely organised. You must also be proactive and able to identify opportunities for additional business and successfully objection handle when necessary.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence, own car
• Experience of excelling within property sales, ideally within a new homes environment
• Impeccable customer service skills and the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships
• Proactive, intuitive and organised
• Dedicated to building a long-term career in property
• Be computer literate with good use of Excel, Outlook and Word
