We currently have one showroom based here in Yorkshire, which is the largest kitchen showroom in the UK.
The Role:
As a Showroom Advisor, you'll be working in our showroom based here in Yorkshire - the largest kitchen showroom in the UK. Our stunning showroom attracts hundreds of customers every day from across the country to view our kitchens, get advice on products and how to plan their kitchen from experts in the field. It's a fast-paced environment with tons of customer interaction, and we pride ourselves on our no-pressure sales approach - providing customers with high-quality advice and information so that they feel confident purchasing their kitchen from us online.
Main Responsibilities -
Supporting our Receptionist to welcome customers to the Showroom
Answering customer questions regarding our product range
Helping customers to understand how we differ from our competitors and how to order with us
Reviewing customer kitchen plans and providing advice/feedback
Providing kitchen quotations
Ability to work as part of a team to ensure all customers are served
General housekeeping (restocking literature, customer refreshments, samples, keeping showroom displays tidy etc)
Responding to online enquiries
Mandatory skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Thorough, logical approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
Self-motivated, with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment and take responsibility for self-learning
Smart appearance and professional, as the face of the company
Ability to remain calm, friendly and approachable under pressure
Technologically competent/computer literate
Flexible attitude to working hours, as weekend work and evening hours are required
Previous experience in a customer focused, sales or advice role
Desirable skills:
Experience working in the kitchen industry would be advantageous, however not essential as full training will be given (an initial 2 weeks intensive training, followed by shadowing and ongoing support)
Planning/design experience

40 hours on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings during the showroom opening hours
Pay:
Up to 26,000, dependant on experience and enhanced rate for weekend hours
