We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Showroom Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role, particularly in sales and customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers.
HOURS:
Friday 9am - 5pm, Saturday 9am - 4pm, Sunday 10am - 3pm. 19 hours per week.
Additional hours during the week to cover Bank Holidays and staff annual leave as required.
DUTIES
Assist with sales efforts by engaging with customers and providing product information
Liaise with customers and colleagues in a smart and confident manner
Communicate effectively with our suppliers and representatives
Maintain and develop administrative systems, including the upkeep of our Social Media pages
General care and maintenance of the showroom
Other duties outside of this description as required.
While some experience within a related field is desirable, it is essential to have an interest in the bathroom design industry. You will be expected to retain information and product knowledge about the wide range of services and products we have to offer.
