We are looking for a

full-time Showroom Assistant

with a keen interest in interior design to join our team in the heart of

Chelsea Harbour

Your Responsibilities

Welcome and assist trade and retail clients, providing a premium & luxury experience Support the Showroom Manager with client meetings (b to b sales) and sample distribution Handle product enquiries (phone/email) including stock checks, technical specs and styling advice Engage with interior designers and specifiers to understand project needs and offer tailored recommendations Ensure the showroom maintains an exceptional standard of presentation at all times Keep product knowledge up-to-date to provide accurate and insightful information Support the organisation of showroom events (Design Week, Focus, client breakfasts, etc.) Maintain stock levels of marketing materials and prepare the space ahead of trade shows Liaise with our sales team and HQ to facilitate client introductions and follow-ups Excel at organising (CRM, footfall)

About You

A passion for interiors and excellent taste Previous experience in a showroom or premium/luxury customer-facing environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with a proactive and professional attitude Strong team player with an eye for presentation and detail Fluent in English (French is a plus but not essential)
