Job Description

We supply and install bespoke timber windows and doors throughout the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire and Bristol, operating from 6 showrooms

We are seeking a part time showroom assistant to be based at our showroom in Henley-on-Thames.

This role is working approx 18 hours per week Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, plus two Saturdays per month 10am-4pm.

The role



You'll be the first point of contact for our customers calling or visiting our showroom. As well as greeting our guests you will be carrying out a variety of daily administrative and housekeeping tasks relating to ensure our showroom standards are always met. It's all about giving customers an excellent first impression.

Your profile



The ideal candidate will understand brand image and be passionate about the customer experience, along with being committed, punctual and friendly. Interpersonal skills are essential, and computer skills an advantage. Customer awareness and a customer centric approach to all interactions are essential.
