Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Showroom Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience within our showroom, showcasing our high-end products, and assisting clients with their design needs. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for interior design and renovation, and the ability to engage with customers effectively.

Working Hours

Saturday and Sunday 10am - 4pm

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and assisting them in selecting products that meet their needs. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products that complement customer purchases. Manage inventory by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the showroom is well-maintained.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or high-end sales environments is preferred. Excellent communication skills are required for effective interaction with customers and team members alike.
