What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming customers and helping them find the right mobility aids Demonstrating scooters and other equipment confidently and safely Using internal systems to manage stock, enquiries, and orders - so good computer skills are essential Answering telephone and showroom enquiries in a warm, professional manner Receiving and replenishing stock Staying up to date with our latest product ranges Supporting the team with general showroom duties

Who We Are Looking For:

Friendly, reliable, and putting the customer first in everything you do Confident communicator who listens well and understands customer needs Organised, detail-focused, and happy to learn new systems and products Comfortable using computers for customer records, emails, and stock systems Retail experience preferred, but more important is your attitude and enthusiasm
