The Role

We are seeking a practical, organised, and personable Operative to support our Visual Merchandising Manager in maintaining high-quality showroom and site presentations across the UK. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a DIY mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble showroom furniture and displays to a professional standard Assist with merchandising and layout installations across multiple locations Carry out light maintenance and cosmetic upgrades to showrooms and displays Conduct site visits to ensure consistent visual branding and presentation Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager on new visual concepts Manage time efficiently and work independently Travel nationwide with occasional overnight stays

Ideal Candidate

Practical and DIY-orientated, with an excellent eye for detail Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Holds a full UK driving licence and is confident driving long distances Flexible with working hours and travel, including overnight stays when needed
