Summary

We are seeking a Showroom Assistant to join our dedicated team at Flair Window Installations. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

WORKING HOURS

- 10am to 6pm - 2 days per week

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicating with visitors, keeping track of documentation and schedules, and performing other ad hoc tasks (if needed)

Communicate confidently to new clients about our product information, assist with appointments.

To support the sales team where required and assist with all visual aspects of the showroom

Prepare a variety of written materials

Calling / Emailing Potential New Clients from a Specific Database.

Processing Quotations on a Industry Specific software.

Keep the showroom space tidy and organised

Ensure the smooth running of the showroom on a daily basis

REQUIRED SKILLS

Reliable and motivated

Friendly with a good telephone manner and customer focused

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Time management

Good computer skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
