Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Maintain an organised sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, enhancing their shopping experience. Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting stock checks as required. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Support promotional activities and merchandising efforts to drive sales.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanour. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays, as required by the business needs. A genuine interest in customer service and a passion for helping others.
