Salary:

28,000-30,000 basic + very achievable commission

Hours:

37.5 per week, including Saturdays (Sunday always off)

The Role

We're looking for a confident, creative

Showroom Sales Consultant

to join our growing team. This is a

high-end retail sales

role where personality, attention to detail, and genuine customer care make all the difference.

You'll handle

walk-in customers

,

phone and online enquiries

, and help people choose the perfect piece -- guiding them on style, size, and fabric options. You'll also support with social media and online chat, so confidence with technology and communication is key.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming customers to our Halifax showroom and delivering an exceptional luxury experience Handling phone and online sales enquiries (including video calls and web chat) Following up leads and managing your own sales pipeline Supporting our online and social media activity with creative flair Preparing quotes, processing orders, and updating CRM systems

About You

Proven experience in

retail or showroom sales

, ideally within a premium or design-led environment

Touch typing

and confident computer skills are essential

Social media savvy

- you enjoy engaging with brands online and understand what makes great visual content Friendly, articulate, and confident with high-value sales Self-motivated, well-organised, and professional in every interaction
