Job Overview
We're excited to introduce a brand new Showroom Sales Executive role, focused entirely on the residential market. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, face-to-face sales professional who thrives in a consultative environment and loves helping homeowners bring their vision to life.
Based in our showroom, you'll be the welcoming face of Latham's Steel Doors for residential customers, guiding them through our range of steel and PVC doors, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions with confidence and expertise.
This role is ideal for someone who is commercially driven, customer obsessed, and motivated by earning potential. With a 30,000-35,000 basic salary and an OTE of 42,000-47,000, your success will be directly rewarded.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for residential customers visiting the showroom
Deliver a first-class, face-to-face sales experience, from initial enquiry through to order completion
Confidently sell PVC and steel doors to homeowners, providing expert advice on styles, specifications, finishes, and security features
Build strong rapport with customers, understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions
Prepare and process quotations and sales orders, proactively upselling where appropriate
Follow up on warm leads and showroom enquiries to maximise conversion
Manage the showroom environment, ensuring it is welcoming, professional, and showcases our products effectively
Handle customer questions and objections with confidence and empathy
Maintain accurate customer records and order information
Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and market trends
Contribute to showroom and company-wide sales targets as part of our growth strategy
Experience & Skills Required
Proven experience selling PVC doors face-to-face in the residential market (essential)
Minimum 2 years' sales experience, ideally within home improvement, doors, windows, or similar sectors
Confident, engaging, and professional in a customer-facing environment
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to close deals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to exceed expectations
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales software
A team player who thrives in a supportive, fast-growing business
