Job Overview


Key Roles & Responsibilities



Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements. Showcase and explain jewellery products including gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone items. Provide accurate information on purity, weight, pricing, making charges, and certifications. Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets. Prepare bills and assist with exchanges, buybacks, and repairs. Maintain proper stock handling, tagging, and display. Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits. Handle customer queries and complaints politely and effectively. Ensure showroom cleanliness, product safety, and adherence to security guidelines. Follow company policies, ethical sales practices, and hallmarking regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred Experience: Freshers or 1-3 years of experience in jewellery or retail sales Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of gold, diamond jewellery (training can be provided) Basic computer and billing system knowledge Honest, presentable, and customer-friendly personality
