to support and grow sales of our premium ceramic wall and floor tiles. This is a hybrid role combining in-showroom sales, customer service, office administration, and proactive sales outreach. You will be the first point of contact for many customers--whether they walk into the showroom, call in, or are part of our lead pipeline. Key Responsibilities
Showroom Sales & Customer Service:
Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom, providing guidance on our product range.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable tile solutions for residential and commercial projects.
Follow up on customer visits and enquiries with quotes, samples, and order support.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom experience.
Sales Calls - Cold & Warm Leads:
Make outbound calls to warm (inbound or referred) leads to convert interest into confirmed sales.
Conduct cold calls to potential business customers such as interior designers, small developers, contractors, and tile retailers.
Follow up on old enquiries, quote requests, and lapsed customers to re-engage and revive opportunities.
Track lead activity and results in CRM software, contributing to the sales pipeline and monthly targets.
Order Processing & Admin Support:
Respond to emails and phone enquiries quickly and professionally.
Raise and process orders, update records in the CRM system, and liaise with the warehouse team for stock checks and deliveries.
Prepare and send out quotations, invoices, and sample requests.
Provide support to external sales agents with client follow-ups and product availability.
Product Knowledge & Upselling:
Stay updated on all new and existing product lines, including specifications and features.
Confidently upsell complementary products such as trims, adhesives, or grout.
Support customers in making informed purchasing decisions with style and technical guidance.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing showroom/office role.
Previous experience working with ceramic or porcelain tiles (or other interior finishes) is strongly preferred.
Comfortable making both warm and cold sales calls with a positive, confident manner.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
A team player who is also capable of working independently and taking initiative.
An interest in interiors or design is an advantage.

27,500 - 30,000 per year (based on experience)
