Job Description

Working in our busy loading yard based at our head quarters in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent . We are looking to appoint a Shunt / Tug driver to transport trailers around site.

Ensure the safe, professional and efficient movement of trailers around the site using a Terburg tug. Please be aware this role will involve strapping of the trailer and time out of the trailer.

A HGV licence is not essential for this role but experience in commercial driving would be an advantage. Training may be offered to the right candidate showing the integrity and aptitude to undertake this role.

The Successful candidate will be employed on a full time contract on 39 hours per week (Monday-Friday) on a weekly rotational shift pattern of days and noon's, entitled to 32 days holiday per year plus loyalty days and the opportunity to join the company pension scheme. Remuneration for this position will be dependent on experience with the opportunity to advance.
