Job Description

Atlas Aluminium are now looking for a Day Shift Shunter Driver, working 7am to 3pm across our sites in Stonehouse.

In this role you will be responsible for the daily movement of goods around company sites, ensuring products are delivered to and from sites in a safe and efficient manner.

Job Duties include: -

Strap and secure loads on vehicles.

Perform daily vehicle checks via DDR APP or paper copy.

Communicating and reporting any issues or damages to the relevant staff.

Communicating daily task to Supervisor or nominee.

Completing all tasks as requested by the Transport/Despatch Team.

Following compliance with all EH&S and company procedures.

Recover drivers who may run out of hours.

You will also be required to deliver products to our Customers during periods of sickness and holiday, which may include overnight stays.

You should have HGV class 2 driving experience together with experience in a Yard Shunter role.
