About the Role



We're on the lookout for a

personable, proactive and detail-oriented

individual to join our growing team as a

Shutter & Blind Installation Specialist.



This isn't just a fitting role -- it's a

customer-focused position

where you'll represent our brand in clients' homes, building relationships that drive repeat business and word-of-mouth recommendations. If you love craftsmanship and pride yourself on providing top-level service, you'll feel right at home with us.

You'll install high-end, made-to-measure

shutters, blinds and awnings,

all while being supported with

hands-on training,

Your primary responsibilities will include:



Although your day starts and ends each day in Edinburgh you will be travelling throughout Scotland to carry out expert installations. Tackling challenging technical projects, including motorised and custom designs. Representing the business with professionalism, ensuring every client has an exceptional experience. Problem-solving on-site to guarantee flawless installations. You'll start and finish each day at our Broughty Ferry showroom and warehouse, preparing tools and products and reporting to our Installations Manager.

Have experience in joinery, carpentry, fitting, or a similar hands-on trade - though not essential Have a can-do attitude and love working with your hands Are confident with tools and enjoy solving problems Hold a full, clean, UK driving licence Are friendly, professional, and a great communicator Take pride in your work and care about the customer experience

: Confidence in using power and hand tools and working with materials like plasterboard, wood, stone, and metal.

Experience in joinery, home installations, or similar trades is a bonus - but above all, we're looking for someone with the right attitude and enthusiasm to succeed.

Schedule & Expectations:



Full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday). Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch). Some days may require work beyond 5:00 PM (overtime paid). Vey occasional out-of-area overnight stays may be needed.
