About the Role

We are looking for an

experienced Plantation Shutter and Awning Installer

to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, and is comfortable working independently.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Installation of plantation shutters and awnings to a high standard

Accurate measuring and fitting to ensure a perfect finish

Assessing and preparing installation areas, including minor adjustments where necessary

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

Maintaining company van and tools in excellent condition

Liaising with customers and providing advice on products and maintenance

Managing workload effectively and working efficiently to meet job deadlines

Working in a clean and tidy manner to maintain a professional image

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in installing plantation shutters, blinds / awnings

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Reliable & punctual with a professional approach

Strong people skills and a customer-focused attitude

A desire to succeed and take pride in high-quality workmanship
