We are seeking a dedicated Door Supervisor to join our team at The Star at South Harrow in London. Responsibilities

Monitor entry points to ensure only authorized guests gain access. Prevent loss and maintain security through vigilant observation. Respond promptly to incidents, providing first aid when necessary. Enforce venue policies and promote a safe environment for all visitors. Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of safety and customer service. Assist in managing crowd control during busy periods. Maintain detailed incident reports as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in security or crowd management roles. Certification in first aid or emergency response. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. A friendly yet authoritative demeanor. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
