We have exciting opportunities in a range of licensed bars, pubs and clubs for candidates who have experience working within the Hospitality sector, working primarily Friday and Saturday Evenings.

We are keen to speak with SIA licenced Door Supervisors in and around the Barry area, who want regular work, in established venues, earning competitive rates of pay. Ideal candidates will be ultra professional, take a pride in their appearance and have fantastic customer service skills enabling them to interact with a range of clients, customers and 3rd party agencies

Job Specification:

Regular work Friday and Saturday evenings

It will be between 12-20 hours per week.

Shifts are usually between 5-7 hours each.

It is a PAYE position - paid weekly

Candidates Duties Include:

Controlling entry and exit routes.

Customer management to maintain a safe environment within the venue.

Crowd control.

Monitoring customer behaviour.

Carrying out ID checks.

Screening and searching individuals.

Applicants Must:

Hold an active frontline SIA Door Supervisor badge.

Have proven experience within the security industry.

Have fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written and be customer service focused.

Be able to work as part of a team.

Be smart and presentable on site, wearing the correct uniform.

Have a full driving licence with access to their own transport ideally

Have a 5-year checkable history in line with BS5750
