Job Overview

We are seeking a Experienced and professional Door Supervisor to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our Customers and staff. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. As a Door Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in loss prevention and ensuring compliance with licensing laws.

Duties

Monitor entry and exit points to ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage to property. Provide excellent customer service while enforcing venue policies and procedures. Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including administering first aid when necessary. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as required. Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts.

Experience

Previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is preferred. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
