SIA DOOR SUPERVISOR needed for Saturday and Sundays 5.00 pm to 11.00 pm both days - in a major fast food franchise in the Plymouth City Centre.

Hours are 12 a week - please note this vacancy is for weekends only

NO time wasters please.

Must be able to provide a work history along with Right to Work Documents.

The Door Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of patrons and staff within a venue.

This position involves monitoring entry and exit points, maintaining order, and providing a safe environment for all guests.

The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.

Duties

Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring that only authorised individuals to the premises Respond promptly to incidents, and liaise with management Maintain a professional demeanour while interacting with patrons, addressing any concerns or conflicts in a calm manner. Prepare incident reports detailing any occurrences that may arise during shifts.

Skills

Knowledge of first aid procedures to provide immediate assistance in emergencies Strong observational skills with the ability to remain vigilant in busy environments. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both staff and patrons. Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in challenging situations.
This role is essential for maintaining a secure environment, ensuring that all guests can enjoy their experience safely.
