Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and vigilant Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring access points, maintaining order, and implementing loss prevention measures. Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorised individuals enter Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorised or disruptive behaviour Respond promptly to incidents, providing first aid when necessary and liaising with emergency services if required Enforce venue policies and procedures in a professional manner Record incidents accurately in logs and report any security concerns to management Assist with crowd control during events or peak times to ensure safety and order

Requirements

Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Driving licence/own vehicle (But not essential) Strong observational skills and attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays if required Professional appearance and demeanour with a customer-focused attitude Must be physically fit, able to stand for extended periods, and respond swiftly in emergency situations
