We are seeking a professional and vigilant Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities

Monitor entry and exit points to verify authorised access and prevent unauthorised entry Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to observe activity within and around the premises Implement loss prevention measures by identifying suspicious behaviour and deterring theft or vandalism Enforce venue policies and procedures in a courteous yet firm manner Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including providing first aid when necessary Maintain a visible presence to deter potential troublemakers and ensure the safety of all attendees Record detailed incident reports accurately and promptly as required Collaborate with security team members to uphold high standards of safety and security

Qualifications

Proven experience in security, surveillance, or loss prevention roles is desirable Knowledge of CCTV operation and monitoring techniques First aid certification or willingness to undertake training upon appointment Strong observational skills with an eye for detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or unsociable hours as required
