All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:
Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (Required) Physically suitable for high-pressure venues (6ft 2+ preferred) Minimum 2+ years of security experience First Aid Certificate (Required) Valid UK Driving Licence Access to your own vehicle Full Right to Work in the UK Willing to join the Car Share Team (paid car shares receive automatic priority in shift selection) Suitable commuting distance to our Cardiff & Bristol venues Weekly and fortnightly payment options Early wage scheme available Must be professional, reliable, and disciplined Work includes nightclubs, bars, and festivals
