Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe and secure environment for all attendees Crowd control and access management Conflict resolution and incident reporting Customer service and engaging positively with the public Patrolling event perimeters and responding to emergencies

What We're Looking For:

Valid Security Licence (required) Current First Aid Certificate (preferred) Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills Reliable, punctual, and well-presented Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required Prior event or crowd control experience is a bonus but not essential
