Job Summary


Due to ongoing and new client requirements and what is projected to be a busy event season, we are looking to recruit experienced Door Supervisors and SIA Event Staff to join our team in and around Tayside, Angus and Fife.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and customers. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents as they arise.

Duties



Monitor entry and exit points to ensure the safety of premises and patrons. Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter and detect any suspicious activity. Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as required during incidents. Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts. Enforce venue policies and procedures while maintaining a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications



Previous experience in a security role or similar position is preferred. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups. A valid SIA licence is required for this position.
