Sia Door Supervisor
Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for experienced and professional SIA Door Supervisors to join our team. You'll be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and the premises. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong situational awareness, and a proactive approach to conflict prevention and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage access control and monitor guest entry/exit.
Maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents.
Handle and de-escalate conflicts calmly and professionally.
Work closely with venue management and colleagues to ensure safety and compliance.
Complete incident reports and follow company procedures.
Requirements:
Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential).
Previous experience in bars, clubs, events, or licensed venues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team.
