We are looking for SIA Door Supervisors to join our expanding team at major events and festivals across the UK.

Duties whilst on shift:

Checking a person's suitability to enter an event and refusing those that don't meet the entry criteria Ticket validation, physical body and bag searches Controlling access points/ exit gates and site perimeter patrolling Responding & reporting to incidents as they occur, on occasion ejecting unsuitable individuals Supporting customers by utilising effective customer service skills Crowd control - directing foot traffic, queue management, maintaining order, reporting anti-social behaviour. Maintaining security by guarding property and/ or equipment

About you, what we require:

A valid in-date SIA Door Supervisor licence Have strong verbal communication skills Excellent timekeeping An approachable manner with superb customer facing skills The ability to handle confrontational situations whilst remaining calm & professional at all times Smart & Presentable Confident Team Player Happy to travel for work (Driving Licence Preferred)

Important, please note:

All applicants will be screened in accordance with BS7858 standards. Security screening is a requirement of the post and applicants must provide a full checkable 5-year work/ school history. You must also hold a valid SIA licence.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 12.60 per hour
