Job Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong decision making skills, and the ability to manage situations effectively. The Door Supervisor will play a crucial role in upholding licensing objectives and maintaining a safe environment for both staff and patrons.

Responsibilities

Monitor entry points to ensure only authorised individuals gain access. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect any suspicious activity. Respond promptly to incidents, including potential theft or altercations, ensuring appropriate measures are taken. Provide first aid assistance when required, maintaining a calm and professional demeanour in emergencies. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary, providing detailed reports of incidents. Maintain an approachable presence, assisting customers with inquiries while enforcing venue policies.

Experience

Previous experience in bars/nightclubs and high-end cocktail bars necessary ( 1 year min) Certification in first aid is preferred; training can be provided for the right candidate. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long shifts. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for reporting incidents effectively. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15.50 per hour
