We are seeking 2 vigilant and professional Door Supervisor to join our security team at Dyneema Security LTD! The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and patrons. This role requires excellent observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and security.

Duties

Monitor entry and exit points to ensure only authorised individuals gain access. . Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage to property. Provide first aid assistance when necessary, ensuring the health and safety of all individuals on-site. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required during incidents. Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and any actions taken during shifts. Engage with patrons in a friendly yet authoritative manner, promoting a positive atmosphere while enforcing rules and regulations.

Experience

Previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is preferred. Familiarity with surveillance techniques, loss prevention strategies, and CCTV operation is advantageous. A valid SIA licence is required for this position. First aid certification is highly desirable, demonstrating your capability to respond effectively in emergencies. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
