We are seeking a professional and vigilant SIA Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through effective surveillance, loss prevention, and crowd management. Duties

Monitor entrances and exits to control access and prevent unauthorised entry Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems to oversee activity within and around the premises Perform regular patrols of the venue to identify potential security risks or suspicious behaviour Implement loss prevention strategies by observing and deterring theft or vandalism Respond promptly to incidents, including providing first aid when necessary Enforce venue policies and procedures in a professional manner Maintain detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with team members and management Assist with crowd control during events to ensure a safe environment for all attendees

Qualifications

Proven experience in security, surveillance, or loss prevention roles is desirable Knowledge of CCTV operation and monitoring techniques First aid certification is highly advantageous Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or unsociable hours as required Valid security licence or certification as per local regulations is preferred but not essential

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-17.52 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
