We are looking for
professional and reliable SIA Door Supervisors
to join our growing team. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of staff, customers, and property across a variety of environments, including:Events & Festivals
Retail Stores
Venues & Hospitality
Mobile Patrols & Alarm Response
Static Security Sites
Responsibilities
Provide a visible security presence and excellent customer service. Monitor and control access to premises. Respond to incidents promptly and professionally. Carry out mobile patrols and alarm response duties where required. Complete accurate incident and activity reports.
Requirements
Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
(essential). Excellent communication and conflict management skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and act with integrity. Flexible approach to working hours (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays). Full UK driving licence (preferred for mobile patrol roles).What We Offer
