Overview

We are seeking a professional and vigilant Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring access points, maintaining order, and providing assistance as needed. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety.

Duties

Monitor entry and exit points to verify authorised access and prevent unauthorised entry Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security standards are maintained Provide first aid assistance in case of medical emergencies until professional help arrives Enforce venue policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for all visitors and staff Record incidents accurately in logs and report any irregularities or security concerns to management Assist with crowd control during events or busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

Previous experience in security is preferred but not essential Valid certification in first aid is desirable Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Strong communication skills and a professional demeanour Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or special events as required Must be physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods and respond swiftly when necessary

Pay: 13.00 per hour
