Job Description

We are looking for a Door supervisor to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring customers' entrance and exit, ensuring that all guests behave appropriately, and intervening in any disputes or conflicts that may arise. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and have a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

Extend a warm and professional welcome to venue visitors. Monitor and control access to premises. Ensure the safety of people on the premises. Check the identification of customers entering the premises. Respond to any incidents or disturbances in a professional manner. Ensure that all safety and security regulations are followed. Communicate with other staff members and customers courteously and professionally.

Key Requirements:

Be able to work weekends. Ability to establish a strong rapport with clients, customers, and colleagues. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working as part of a diverse team
