The Role

We're currently recruiting SIA Door Supervisors to join our growing team at popular pubs and licensed venues. As a Door Supervisor with Peak Security Services, you'll play a key role in maintaining safety, preventing incidents, and representing our company's high standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Control entry and exit of patrons in a polite, efficient, and consistent manner. Monitor venue capacity and ensure compliance with licensing laws. Manage conflict calmly and professionally, using verbal communication to de-escalate situations. Conduct respectful searches when required and confiscate prohibited items in line with venue policy. Liaise with venue management, emergency services, and the public as needed. Maintain accurate incident reports and logs. Represent Peak Security Services with integrity, reliability, and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

Valid SIA Door Supervisor License (essential). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional, reliable, and confident under pressure. Must live in commuting distance! Ability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Experience in pub, bar, or nightlife security (preferred but not essential). Smart and presentable appearance in line with company standards.
