We are seeking an
SIA Security Officer
to provide a visible and welcoming security presence at an event held at YO30 6JA. This role is designed to ensure safety and order while supporting staff in managing access to the event.Key Responsibilities
Stand outside the gate and greet visitors as they arrive Allow entry only to authorised individuals, with guidance from event staff Provide a visible security presence to deter any unpleasant behaviour Attempt to diffuse any issues calmly and professionally if they arise Work closely with staff who will be nearby to assist or call for additional support if required
Requirements
Valid
SIA Licence
Professional and approachable manner Strong communication skills Reliable, punctual, and responsible Previous experience in crowd management or event security is desirableWhat We Offer
