Summary

We are seeking a skilled Door Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Southampton to cover shifts on one site. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, contributing significantly to our mission of providing exceptional security services.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel enter. Conduct regular patrols to deter and detect any suspicious activity. Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, implementing appropriate protocols. Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to ensure safety. Provide excellent customer service while enforcing rules and regulations. Assist in loss prevention strategies to protect client assets.

Qualifications

Valid SIA Door Supervisor license is required. Proven experience in a similar role within the security industry. Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively. First aid certification is preferred but not mandatory.
