Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisors, Level 2 Spectator Safety Stewards & Event Stewards to join our team for ongoing work. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patrons and staff.

Responsibilities.

Enforce venue/event policies and licensing regulations effectively while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. Communicate effectively with colleagues and members of the public. Provide first aid assistance in case of emergencies, ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises. Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services when necessary. Prepare incident reports as required and maintain accurate records of any occurrences.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is preferred Previous experience working as a spectator safety steward and event steward First aid certification is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with patrons and staff. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
