The successful candidates will be working with the event day team to identify and report any incident, occurrence or hazard among spectators, in order to provide a safe environment for all spectators visiting the stadium.

You will operate as an ambassador for DGC Security Ltd and provide a best in class service in order to enhance the fan and customer experience, whilst ensuring safety and security standards are maintained at all times.

You must hold a SIA Door Supervisor Licence and NVQ (or equivalent) in Spectator Safety to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:

Provide a high standard of customer care and a uniformed presence Ensure the safety and crowd management of the fans entering and leaving the stadium Monitor crowd dynamics Respond to incidents and provide professional assistance Carry out body and bag searches Demonstrate excellent communication skills Promote a "can-do" attitude Display exceptional timekeeping, appearance, and be able to go the extra mile
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
