Weekend Door Supervisor - Victoria (Saturday Availability Essential)

We are a professional security company dedicated to creating safe and secure environments for our clients. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Door Supervisor to join our team at a vibrant bar in Victoria.

Shifts:

Primarily

Saturday evenings

, with additional shifts available as needed. Immediate start available.

Pay:

14.01 per hour (including holiday pay) - PAYE, paid monthly.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety and security of staff, patrons, and the venue. Monitor entry and exit points, allowing only authorised access. De-escalate conflicts or disturbances in a calm, professional manner. Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Conduct ID checks and enforce venue policies and licensing regulations. Manage crowd control during busy periods.

Requirements:

Valid SIA Door Supervisor License

(essential) Previous experience in a security role, ideally within bar/nightlife environments Ability to remain composed under pressure and manage challenging situations Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional, reliable, and proactive approach

Must be available for Saturday evenings

Comfortable working in busy bar/pub environments Willing to work weekends, bank holidays, and New Year's Eve Fluent in English (spoken and written) Smart and professional appearance

This is a part-time, flexible position ideal for those with the required experience and weekend availability.
