We have a state-of-the-art automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system that allows us to efficiently book cars into our car parks using online tickets, eliminating the need for manual registration and reducing traffic congestion. Our team has extensive experience working with some of the world's biggest events, including the Rugby World Cup, Champions League Final, London 2012 Olympics, Premiership Football and Rugby, Championship Football, music festivals, and concerts.
The Role:
We are looking for
professional, customer-focused SIA Licensed Operatives
to join our team at Worcester Racecourse for the upcoming Worcester Show.
The successful candidates will play a key role in maintaining a
safe, secure, and welcoming environment
, while also supporting the smooth operation of parking and crowd management services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a visible security presence and act as a point of contact for the public
Deliver excellent customer service to all attendees and visitors
Monitor and guide vehicle movement to ensure a safe and efficient traffic flow
Manage access control and monitor designated areas
Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, or suspicious behaviour
Enforce car park rules and relevant site regulations
Complete incident reports and maintain accurate event records
Comply with all
SIA regulations
and site-specific procedures
Customer Service Experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
A
valid SIA Licence
(Door Supervisor or Security Guarding)
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Previous experience in
customer service
or
event security
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and presentable
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good understanding of health and safety practices
