Summary

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our dynamic team at Onyx Events. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service during our corporate events. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience for our clients and their guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other refreshments to guests. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations during food preparation. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during events. Collaborate with event staff to ensure seamless execution of beverage service.

Requirements

This role is for 18 years old and above Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred. Strong food preparation skills with an emphasis on quality and presentation. Excellent time management skills to handle busy event environments. Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
