The Maintenance Department Admin role has been created to support the Maintenance Department on a day-to-day basis. Working closely with the Account Managers to support the installation and maintenance of the companies' products nationwide. We are looking for a highly organized and productive administrator to join our successful team, this is vital role within the department which requires initiative, excellent communication skills and the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities.
Computer literate
Creating and monitoring RAMS and keeping company compliant
Uploading documents to various client portals
Booking access equipment and platforms
Booking deliveries
Applying for permits for works undertaken
Allocation of fitters in absence of the Maintenance Scheduler
Report on snagging and return visits to sites
Liaise with Production to ensure that all manufactured items are ready for fitters
Disputing parking tickets
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace
Able to deal directly with Maintenance Fitters
General office admin duties
Collect data from BOSS system
Enter timesheet data into BOSS system
Skills
Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to learn* Good organisational skills and attention to detail* Excellent administrative skills with the ability to multitask* Proficient numeracy skills* Ability to work as part of a team but also independently* Previous experience of working in an administrative environment* Minimum GCSE English/Maths grade C or equivalent* Basic Microsoft Office skills*
