The Role:
Due to continued growth, Think Signs is seeking a motivated and skilled Account Manager to join our team. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, managing projects from initial enquiry through to delivery. This client-facing role requires excellent communication, organisation, and commercial awareness, as well as a strong understanding of signage and print production processes. You will help our clients bring their creative visions to life while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for signage, print, and creative solutions. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while maintaining exceptional standards. A solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to client satisfaction are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Manage signage and print projects from quotation to delivery
Advise clients on materials, finishes, and creative options for their projects
Liaise with production teams to ensure accurate, high-quality outputs
Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements
Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and upsell services
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery
Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on signage and print solutions
Use Sage accounting package to manage client accounts and project financials
Requirements:
Proven experience in account management, ideally within signage, print, or a related creative industry
Strong knowledge of large-format print production and processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or design software is advantageous
Use Sage accounting package to manage client accounts and project financials
Self-motivated, confident, and a strong team player
The role requires visiting clients within the local area, so a valid driving licence is essential
