RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a

Production Specialist

to join for an approximate

6-month

project!


This is a remote, part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week / 90 hours per month), but candidates must be available to work during UK business hours.


We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented

Production Specialist

to oversee the end-to-end production of multimedia content, including video and graphics, to support global customer needs. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality, policy-compliant content that aligns with strategic goals. You'll work cross-functionally with design, strategy, and editorial teams to ensure production runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time.

As a Production Specialist, You Will

Own and manage the full lifecycle of video and graphic production projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and policy-compliant delivery Collaborate closely with motion designers, content strategists, and editorial teams to meet project objectives Navigate cross-functional needs, manage bottlenecks, and make trade-offs to balance business priorities with technical constraints Communicate daily project updates, flag risks, and troubleshoot issues as they arise Organize and manage production files, ensuring accurate coordination and delivery of final content

As an Applicant, You Bring

4+ years of experience managing cross-functional programs or projects in a multimedia production environment Proven experience owning end-to-end delivery of production workflows Experience coordinating global production efforts across multiple countries and languages Demonstrated knowledge of production strategy and execution Experience using data and metrics to inform decisions and improve processes Familiarity with digital asset management
Strong ability to manage, analyze, and communicate production results

Compensation

Pay Range:

$40-$55 (USD Hourly)


The successful candidate's pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.

Benefits:
