Dynamic Surface Repair Ltd are based in Team Valley Trading Estate and provide cosmetic repairs across the North East of England. We are now looking to expand our services to also proved silicone application.

To date we have relied entirely on business referrals and continue to grow in popularity despite the challenges of the pandemic and cost of living crisis. We are a small, highly trained and extremely motivated team looking for like-minded candidates to join our numbers.

Dynamic Surface Repair Ltd utilizes advances in repair techniques, equipment and products, to offer a cost effective repair service to damaged items previously discarded. Ideally repairs are completed in a single visit, with the minimum amount of disruption; this avoids the need for multiple trades on site, saves material costs, eliminates collateral damage, minimizes out of bounds areas and can result in considerable savings.

Staff are fully trained in all disciplines so we can offer cosmetic repairs to surface damaged worktops, countertops, tiles and ceramics, glass and windows, doors, frames and kitchen units, bricks and stone repairs, baths, sinks and shower trays, wood and laminates, motorhomes and caravans and boats and yachts.

We pride ourselves not just on delivering an excellent service, but doing this with honesty, flexibility and accountability. These principles are embedded in everything we do, from our business systems and processes to the service we carry out for our clients.

Job description

Dynamic Surface Repair Ltd have an established reputation for high volume, high quality repairs. We have expanded into silicone and mastic application and are looking for experienced silicone application technicians.

Candidates must have experience with external mastic/sealing of windows and door

Successful candidates will be offered comprehensive, intensive training on the cosmetic repairs using the best equipment and products available to our industry.

We are looking for ambitious and motivated people who are able to work autonomously when required, whilst earning a competitive salary with annual increases and bonus scheme.

A full driving licence is required for this position as you will be provided with a company vehicle. CSCS cards are useful but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, part-time, apprenticeships, permanent.

Salary: 26,000.00 - 30,500.00 per year.
